Sobre el Rol

Buscamos talento para fortalecer nuestro equipo de Logística y Transporte, con foco en asegurar que nuestros pedidos lleguen a los clientes completos, en tiempo y forma, manteniendo control sobre cada etapa del proceso.

Dentro de este pipeline estamos buscando dos perfiles complementarios:

Analista de Logística: enfocado en el seguimiento integral de pedidos, coordinación con almacén y transporte, control documental, gestión de incidencias y visibilidad de la operación.

Analista de Transporte: enfocado en el seguimiento de entregas, desempeño de transportistas, análisis de OTIF, costos logísticos y mejora de la eficiencia del transporte.

Dependiendo de tu experiencia y fortalezas, podremos evaluar tu perfil para la posición que tenga mayor fit.

Impacto y Ownership

  • Contribuir directamente a mejorar nuestro OTIF y nivel de servicio.
  • Asegurar visibilidad y seguimiento oportuno de pedidos y entregas.
  • Anticipar riesgos antes de que generen incumplimientos con clientes.
  • Reducir incidencias, pendientes y tiempos de resolución.
  • Generar información confiable para la toma de decisiones.
  • Identificar oportunidades para mejorar costos, procesos y eficiencia logística.
  • Trabajar de manera cercana con Comercial, Almacén, Embarques y proveedores logísticos.

Responsabilidades

Dependiendo del enfoque de la posición, podrás participar en responsabilidades como:

  • Dar seguimiento al flujo de pedidos desde su solicitud hasta la entrega y cierre.
  • Coordinar con Almacén, Embarques y Transporte el cumplimiento del programa diario.
  • Monitorear entregas y asegurar el cumplimiento de fechas compromiso.
  • Mantener actualizados estatus, fechas, responsables y evidencias en plataformas de seguimiento.
  • Analizar indicadores como OTIF, On Time, In Full, backlog y tiempo de ciclo.
  • Identificar causas de incumplimiento y dar seguimiento a acciones correctivas.
  • Asegurar el correcto control de guías, etiquetas, acuses y documentación logística.
  • Gestionar incidencias, devoluciones y procesos de logística inversa.
  • Analizar costos logísticos y costo por pieza por canal.
  • Dar seguimiento al desempeño de proveedores de transporte.
  • Participar en comparativos, evaluaciones y licitaciones de proveedores logísticos.
  • Identificar oportunidades de automatización y mejora continua.

Requirements

Experiencia

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en Logística, Distribución, Transporte, Gestión de Pedidos, Order Fulfillment, Torre de Control o posiciones similares.
  • Experiencia dando seguimiento a pedidos y/o entregas.
  • Experiencia coordinándose con diferentes áreas para resolver incidencias operativas.
  • Experiencia trabajando y dando seguimiento a indicadores logísticos.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Excel intermedio-avanzado.
  • Conocimiento y análisis de OTIF y KPIs logísticos.
  • Manejo de ERP, TMS, Airtable o plataformas similares de seguimiento.
  • Capacidad para analizar información e identificar causas de incumplimiento.

Para perfiles orientados a Logística, valoramos especialmente experiencia en control documental, seguimiento de pedidos, almacenes, devoluciones y logística inversa.

Para perfiles orientados a Transporte, valoramos especialmente experiencia en costos logísticos, transportistas, evaluación de proveedores, rutas y licitaciones.

Escolaridad

Licenciatura en Logística, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Cadena de Suministro o carrera afín.

Esta posición es 100% presencial en nuestra planta de Zapopan, Jalisco.
