Nuestro cliente, uno de los grupos bancarios más grandes de Europa, busca incorporar un/a Analista de Riesgo de Crédito para reforzar su equipo de Riesgos dentro de un entorno bancario internacional y exigente. La persona seleccionada participará activamente en el análisis, evaluación y decisión de operaciones de financiación, respetando las políticas internas de riesgo y contribuyendo a la toma de decisiones en los Comités de Crédito.

Funciones principales

En el marco del cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos, el/la Analista de Riesgo será responsable de:

  • Análisis del riesgo de operaciones de crédito, leasing y renting, tanto de particulares como de empresas.
  • Estudio de la viabilidad de las solicitudes conforme a las normas internas de riesgo.
  • Verificación de la completitud y conformidad de la documentación, en coordinación directa con los equipos comerciales.
  • Realización de un análisis financiero detallado para evaluar el riesgo de contraparte y, en su caso, la valoración de las garantías y del bien financiado.
  • Preparación y redacción de los expedientes de crédito, incluyendo conclusiones y recomendaciones.
  • Toma de decisión de las operaciones dentro del nivel de delegación asignado o presentación de los expedientes al Comité de Crédito.
  • Participación activa en los Comités de Crédito, con presentación de las recomendaciones.
  • Revisión y validación de las notaciones internas de riesgo.
  • Seguimiento de las contrapartes bajo vigilancia y redacción de opiniones en el marco de los Comités Watchlist trimestrales.

Requirements

Perfil requerido

  • Titulación superior en Finanzas, Economía, ADE o similar.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en un puesto similar de análisis de riesgo de crédito.
  • Sólidos conocimientos en análisis financiero, idealmente en financiación de activos, leasing, financiación inmobiliaria y/o project finance (energías renovables).
  • Capacidad de análisis crítico y contradicción, con fuerte orientación a la calidad del riesgo.
  • Excelente capacidad de síntesis y redacción de informes de riesgo.
  • Autonomía, rigor, proactividad y capacidad para cumplir plazos exigentes.

Idiomas

  • Inglés: medio-alto imprescindible (B2-C1)
  • Francés: medio-alto imprescindible (B2-C1)
