Empresa mexicana especializada en Tecnologías de la Información busca un IT Support / Application Support Analyst para integrarse a un equipo enfocado en garantizar la continuidad y correcta operación de herramientas empresariales críticas. Buscamos un profesional con experiencia en soporte de TI, sólidos conocimientos en MS SQL, T-SQL, SQL Server Integration Services, Batch y PowerShell, así como una fuerte capacidad analítica para identificar causas raíz y proponer soluciones efectivas.

OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

Garantizar la correcta ejecución y disponibilidad de las herramientas empresariales bajo responsabilidad del equipo mediante monitoreo proactivo, acciones preventivas y resolución efectiva de incidentes. El puesto tendrá especial enfoque en la solución de Payroll, análisis de problemas críticos que puedan detener procesos de negocio, manejo de grandes volúmenes de datos y monitoreo de flujos automatizados.

  • Lunes a viernes.
  • 8:30 a.m. a 6:00 p.m.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Garantizar la correcta ejecución de las herramientas empresariales bajo responsabilidad del equipo mediante monitoreo proactivo y acciones preventivas.
  • Brindar especial atención al monitoreo y soporte de la solución de Payroll.
  • Analizar incidentes críticos que detengan procesos de negocio y proporcionar soluciones o workarounds de manera expedita.
  • Ejecutar un Root Cause Analysis (RCA) para cada incidente y documentar los hallazgos.
  • Monitorear flujos automatizados y procesos relacionados con grandes volúmenes de datos.
  • Resolver incidentes conforme a los SLA establecidos.
  • Elaborar y presentar análisis mensuales que incluyan:
  • Resultados de los análisis de causa raíz.
  • Incidentes recurrentes.
  • Tendencias y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Trabajar en conjunto con el equipo de Delivery para comunicar los análisis realizados y las correcciones requeridas.
  • Participar en el análisis y pruebas de soluciones y fixes.
  • Completar tareas relacionadas con el catálogo de servicios.
  • Brindar soporte a equipos de proyectos cuando sea requerido.
  • Mantener actualizada la Knowledge Database con nuevos hallazgos, soluciones y procedimientos.
  • Documentar y comunicar al equipo las nuevas soluciones implementadas.

Requirements

  • Ingeniería o Licenciatura en Sistemas, Tecnologías de la Información o carrera afín.
  • 2 años de experiencia en cualquier área de soporte de TI.
  • Inglés y español fluidos, tanto oral como escrito.
  • Experiencia en análisis y resolución de incidentes.
  • Capacidad para identificar causas raíz y proponer soluciones.
  • Experiencia trabajando con procedimientos, SLAs y documentación técnica.
  • Disponibilidad para colaborar con equipos técnicos, de proyectos y de negocio.

CONOCIMIENTOS TÉCNICOS INDISPENSABLES

  • MS SQL a nivel intermedio/avanzado, incluyendo:
  • T-SQL.
  • SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Consultas y análisis de datos.
  • Manejo de grandes volúmenes de información.
  • Batch Scripting a nivel intermedio/avanzado.
  • PowerShell Scripting a nivel intermedio/avanzado.
  • Monitoreo de flujos automatizados de datos.
  • Análisis y resolución de incidentes en aplicaciones y herramientas empresariales.
  • Conocimientos en procesos de Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
