Misión del rol: Buscamos un/a Analista Funcional, será responsable de traducir la visión del producto en un listado de requerimientos. Colabora activamente en las ceremonias de planificación y revisión del Sprint y asegura la consistencia de los distintos entregables del proyecto para satisfacer la visión y alcance definidos.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Asegurar que los requerimientos e historias de usuario sean completos y correctos, incluyendo las definiciones técnicas.
  • Asegurar que los entregables satisfagan las expectativas del cliente/usuario, conforme a los requerimientos funcionales y técnicos identificados.
  • Asegurar la consistencia de los distintos entregables de experiencia de usuario, requerimientos y diseño funcional de integraciones/servicios.
  • Validar con el equipo de desarrollo que las historias de usuario y requerimientos se encuentren completos para su correspondiente desarrollo.
  • Brindar soporte al equipo de desarrollo durante la implementación de la funcionalidad, trabajando en conjunto con el equipo de testing para el enriquecimiento del diseño en su totalidad.
  • Participar en las distintas ceremonias del proyecto, especialmente aquellas orientadas a identificar y gestionar requerimientos funcionales y no funcionales, reglas de negocio, maquetas y prototipos, diseño funcional de servicios, planificación, sincronización y revisión.
  • Identificar tempranamente los cambios de alcance y comunicarlos al Squad Manager para su correspondiente gestión.
  • Coordinar las capacitaciones a usuarios sobre el funcionamiento de la solución y preparar el material correspondiente.
  • Crear el manual de usuario.
  • Brindar soporte a los usuarios durante el uso de la solución, principalmente durante la primera etapa posterior al go live del proyecto.

Requirements

  • Formación académica profesional: Estudiantes o graduados de Técnico Desarrollador de Software, Licenciado, Ingeniero o a fines
  • Estudios de postgrado / especialización: Master Informática (no excluyente)
  • Certificaciones: Scrum Master (idealmente)
  • Experiencia requerida en el rol, mayor a 3 años de experiencia en el rol
  • Conocimientos de terminología técnica de software: cloud, lenguajes de programación, conceptos de alto nivel de integración, automatización, base de datos, etc.
  • Dominio de estándares y normas aplicados en la construcción de software de la tecnología.
  • Conocimientos de UX/UI.
  • Conocimiento de base de datos.
