Misión del rol: Buscamos un/a Analista Programados, para que participe activamente en la evolución de ecosistema Odoo, analizando procesos, desarrollando personalizaciones, integrando sistemas y dando soporte a las áreas de negocio, especialmente en los ámbitos de Almacén, Compras y Ventas, asegurando la correcta alineación entre tecnología y operación en una empresa familiar con procesos logísticos y operativos integrados.

Requirements

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años trabajando de manera concentrada con Odoo.
  • Experiencia demostrable de desarrollo, parametrización y soporte sobre Odoo v16, v17 o preferiblemente v18.
  • Dominio avanzado del lenguaje Python como lenguaje principal de programación backend de Odoo.
  • Sólido manejo de bases de datos PostgreSQL, diseño de esquemas, consultas SQL y optimización de rendimiento.
  • Dominio técnico de XML para la creación y herencia de vistas, reportes QWeb y configuraciones del sistema.
  • Conocimiento de JavaScript (la experiencia o conocimientos en el framework OWL - Odoo Web Library - se considerará un plus muy valioso).
  • Conocimiento funcional y técnico profundo de los módulos clave: Ventas, Compras e Inventario/Almacén.
  • Experiencia real en personalización avanzada de modelos, herencia de vistas, flujos de trabajo (workflows), reportes y reglas de seguridad de datos (record rules).
  • Alta capacidad de análisis funcional para comprender lógica empresarial y traducirla en código eficiente sin sobrediseñar.
  • Experiencia directa trabajando de la mano de usuarios clave de negocio y recopilando requerimientos.
  • Nivel alto de autonomía técnica para liderar tareas y proyectos de principio a fin, manteniendo la organización de sus propias entregas.
