The posting

Por encargo de nuestro cliente líder del sector financiero, nos encontramos de la búsqueda de un Analista de Data QA, quien pertenecerá al equipo de Tecnología.

Misión:

Garantizar la integridad, confiabilidad y completitud de los activos de datos, mediante el diseño e implementación de marcos robustos de calidad de datos (Data QA) que soporten la toma de decisiones estratégicas y la gestión de riesgos y el cumplimiento regulatorio

Principales funcionalidades:

  • Realizar conciliaciones entre sistemas fuente, procesos ETL, bases de datos y portales.
  • Realizar revisiones técnicas de diseño, código y pruebas para asegurar la calidad y consistencia de las soluciones.
  • Colaborar de forma proactiva con analistas, ingenieros y científicos de datos para garantizar soluciones de alto impacto y calidad.
  • Documentar las reglas de negocio, definiciones de datos y criterios de aceptación en colaboración con áreas de negocio, riesgo y cumplimiento.
  • Realizar perfilado y análisis exploratorio de fuentes de datos nuevas (due diligencede calidad) antes de su incorporación a los sistemas productivos
  • Apoyar auditorías internas y externas proporcionando evidencia de controles de calidad y linaje de datos

Requirements

Requisitos del puesto:

  • Profesionales en Ingeniería Informática, de Sistemas, Computación o afines.
  • Cursos o diplomado en Datos y Analytics en general. (Deseable)
  • Conocimiento de Scrum Master o Prácticas Ágiles. (Deseable)
  • Mínimo 2 años validando calidad de datos, migraciones o procesos ETL.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en:
  • Como QA, Data QA o Data Analytics.
  • Experiencia en SQL avanzado.
  • Experiencia interactuando con equipos de negocio y tecnología.
  • Conocimiento en Azure Databricks y Azure Data Factory.
  • Manejo de validación de flujos de integración, limpieza y procesamiento de datos.
  • Experiencia en modelamiento para Data Warehouse o data Lake (Kimball, Star Schema o 3FN)
  • Experiencia en versionamiento y despliegue de componentes (Github).
  • Conocimiento en procesamiento de datos con Databricks
  • Familiaridad con lenguajes de programación como Python, Java, Scala o similares.
  • Participación en proyectos aplicando prácticas ágiles. (Deseable)
