Rejoignez l'équipe Global Procurement & Supply Management (GPSM) – Indirect et jouez un rôle clé dans l'analyse de données et le soutien décisionnel de l'équipe d'approvisionnement stratégique. Une occasion idéale de mettre vos compétences analytiques au service d'initiatives d'envergure mondiale.

Poste hybride : 2-3 jours sur site par semaine

À PROPOS DU RÔLE

Relevant du Gestionnaire, Approvisionnement stratégique, vous serez responsable de :

• Développer et maintenir des tableaux de bord de suivi (économies réalisées, pipeline de projets, conformité)

• Réaliser des analyses de dépenses (spend analysis) par catégorie, fournisseur et unité d'affaires

• Soutenir la préparation de présentations et de rapports destinés à la haute direction

• Automatiser et fiabiliser les rapports récurrents de l'équipe d'approvisionnement

• Assurer la qualité, l'intégrité et la mise à jour des données dans les systèmes ERP

• Collaborer avec les acheteurs pour identifier des tendances, des risques et des opportunités d'économies

• Documenter les processus, les outils et les meilleures pratiques de l'équipe

• Soutenir la gestion de projets et le suivi du pipeline d'approvisionnement dans DevOps

• Participer aux initiatives d'amélioration continue des processus

Requirements

Formation :

• Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, finance, analyse d'affaires, statistiques ou domaine connexe

Expérience :

• 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en analyse d'affaires, idéalement en approvisionnement, chaîne d'approvisionnement ou finance

Compétences essentielles :

• Fortes aptitudes analytiques et souci du détail

• Esprit critique et capacité à vulgariser des données complexes (data storytelling)

• Bonne gestion des priorités et des délais

• Autonomie et rigueur

• Bonnes compétences de communication écrite et verbale

• Capacité à interagir avec des parties prenantes majoritairement anglophones

Outils et systèmes :

• Excel avancé (tableaux croisés dynamiques, macros)

• PowerPoint et outils de visualisation de données (Power BI ou équivalent)

• Expérience avec Oracle ERP/P2P

• Expérience avec SAP et Ariba - un atout

Langue :

• Bilinguisme (français et anglais) - oral et écrit
