Notre analyste d’affaires identifie les inefficacités et suggère des améliorations, en facilitant la communication entre les parties prenantes et les équipes techniques, et en développant des stratégies et des solutions pour aider l’organisation à atteindre ses objectifs financiers et opérationnels.

Au quotidient vous serez amené.e à:

  • Collecter et interpréter des données provenant de diverses sources afin d'évaluer les performances de l'entreprise, d'identifier les tendances et de repérer les domaines à améliorer.
  • Créer et maintenir des tableaux de bord afin de rationaliser les opérations.
  • Supporter la mise en place et les tests internes des solutions utilisées.
  • Recueillir et documenter les exigences, analyser des données, créer des modèles et superviser la mise en œuvre de nouveaux systèmes et processus et supporter les utilisateurs internes.
  • Collaboration avec les utilisateurs afin de comprendre leurs besoins, de documenter les exigences fonctionnelles et techniques et de définir la portée des projets.
  • Évaluer les processus opérationnels existants, identifier les goulots d'étranglement ou les inefficacités et recommander de nouveaux systèmes ou procédures pour améliorer la productivité.
  • Combler le fossé entre les parties prenantes, la direction et les équipes techniques afin de garantir une compréhension claire et de faciliter la collaboration.
  • Assister dans l’élaboration des plans stratégiques et proposer des solutions pour aider l'organisation à atteindre ses objectifs et ses buts financiers.
  • Créer des rapports détaillés, des graphiques et d'autres documents pour communiquer les conclusions et les recommandations.
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe en lien avec le poste.

Pour réussir dans cette fonction, vous devez posséder:

  • Diplôme universitaire en Administration des affaires, en Ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe
  • 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
  • Maîtrise d'outils tels que Excel, PowerQuery, Power BI et Power Automate
  • Connaissance des systèmes informatiques et des avancées technologiques pertinentes pour soutenir la modernisation des processus
  • Compétences en analyse financière et comptable, des compétences en gestion de projet et une maîtrise des systèmes ERP, en particulier des modules financiers, pour assurer des déploiements et des optimisations réussis.
  • Sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités
  • Rigueur, précision et souci du détail
  • Le français et l'anglais sont requis pour ce poste afin de mener des activités en dehors de la province de Québec.

Our Business Analyst identifies inefficiencies and suggests improvements, facilitates communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, and develops strategies and solutions to help the organization achieve its financial and operational goals.

In your day-to-day, you will:

  • Creating and maintaining dashboards and automations to streamline operations.
  • Supporting the implementation and testing of internal Business Solutions.
  • Collecting and interpreting data from various sources to assess business performance, identify trends, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Gathering and documenting requirements, performing data analysis using tools, creating models, and overseeing the implementation of new systems and processes and supporting internal users.
  • Working with business users to understand their needs, document functional and technical requirements, and define the scope of projects.
  • Evaluating existing business processes, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and recommending new systems or procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Bridging the gap between business stakeholders, management, and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding and facilitate collaboration.
  • Developing strategic plans and proposing solutions to help the organization meet its objectives and financial goals.
  • Creating detailed reports, charts, and other documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and project details.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in tools such as SQL and Excel
  • Knowledge of computer systems and relevant technological advances to support process modernisation
  • Financial and accounting analysis skills, project management skills, and proficiency in ERP systems, particularly financial modules, to ensure successful deployments and optimisations
  • Organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Rigour, accuracy and attention to detail
  • French and English are required for this position to conduct activities outside the province of Quebec.
