Solution SFT cherche un Analyste de données sénior ,dans ce poste vous interviendrez dans le cadre d'un projet client qui relève du secteur public dans la ville du Québec .

Mode de travail : Télétravail (déplacement possible dans les bureaux à la discrétion du ministère)

ACTIVITÉS À RÉALISER

  • Définir la partie mappage de la solution BI en fonction des besoins d'affaires, de l'architecture des données IA et de l'architecture ETL;
  • Concevoir de manière fonctionnelle les traitements de chargements de données, la modélisation multidimensionnelle des données et optimiser ceux-ci;
  • Appliquer les processus de travail, les normes et les orientations développés par le ministère et s'assurer que ceux-ci soient respectés lors des analyses et des développements;
  • Établir des plans d'assurance qualité et faire des révisions de spécifications;
  • Rédiger les biens livrables techniques sur les composants développés;
  • Exploiter, valider et analyser les différentes banques de données afin d'alimenter l'environnement informationnel;
  • S'assurer d'appliquer les règles d'affaires et organiques afin de supporter le développement de la solution informationnelle;
  • Analyser les problèmes et les anomalies de l'environnement de production, d'acceptation et de développement lorsque requis;
  • Supporter les programmeurs dans la réalisation des travaux;
  • Rédiger les dossiers fonctionnels ou autres documentations pour le maintien de l'environnement informationnel;
  • Participer aux mêlées d'équipe (Scrum) et aux réunions d'avancement de projet; s'assurer du respect des normes, de la sécurité et des bonnes pratiques; rendre compte de l'évolution des mandats sous sa responsabilité et signaler tout problème majeur;
  • Élaborer les scénarios d'essais en vue de la réalisation des essais fonctionnels;
  • Valider la disponibilité des données dans l'environnement d'essais;
  • Analyser les résultats obtenus par rapport à la solution attendue;
  • Effectuer toutes tâches connexes inhérentes aux responsabilités de la direction.

BIENS LIVRABLES À PRODUIRE

  • Documentation sur les domaines d'essais et les résultats d'essais;
  • Tout document sous-jacent aux responsabilités précédentes.

Exigences :

• Baccalauréat en TI ou équivalent

• ≥ 15 ans d'expérience en TI dont ≥ 10 ans comme analyste de données sénior

• Expérience en SQL et base de données Oracle

• Expérience en infonuagique (Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps)

• Expérience avec des solutions ETL (Talend, Pentaho, etc.)

• Très bonne connaissance des solutions BI (Power BI, Looker, OLAP), de la normalisation de l'information, des techniques d'exploitation de BD, de la production d'indicateurs de gestion, de la manipulation de données multi-sources et des requêtes sur BD/SGBDR
