Solution SFT cherche un (e) Analyste en procédés et pilotage dans ce poste vous interviendrez dans le cadre d'un projet client qui relève du secteur public dans la ville du Québec .

Mode de travail : Hybride — minimum 2 jours/semaine en présentiel

Activités et responsabilités :

• Prendre connaissance de l'architecture des systèmes, des stratégies d'implantation et d'essais, et du calendrier de livraisons.

• Participer aux réunions de démarrage de chaque livraison et autres réunions du projet.

• Consulter les utilisateurs pour définir précisément les besoins opérationnels relatifs aux dossiers fonctionnels.

• Identifier les solutions possibles avec l'équipe informatique et rédiger une synthèse des solutions et de leurs impacts.

• Présenter la synthèse des solutions et leurs impacts aux utilisateurs et à l'équipe — assurer la cohérence d'ensemble.

• Valider les dossiers fonctionnels et remplir les formulaires d'assurance qualité pour l'ensemble des cycles.

• Veiller au respect des orientations données par les utilisateurs par l'équipe de développement.

• Élaborer des processus d'affaires pour représenter les solutions implantées (norme BPMN).

• Agir à titre de PO ou d'assistant PO selon les besoins — rédiger et prioriser les histoires dans le carnet.

• Produire la stratégie des devis d'essais et rédiger les devis pour les essais d'acceptation.

• Réaliser les essais d'acceptation, assurer le suivi des anomalies et produire des états d'avancement périodiques.

• Rédiger le bilan des essais et toute autre documentation requise.

Biens livrables attendus :

• Présentation des dossiers d'analyse et des histoires (besoins, impacts, solutions proposées)

• Registre des décisions et des points de suivi pour chacun des dossiers fonctionnels

• Validation des dossiers de conception

• Devis d'essais pour les essais d'acceptation

• Preuve de réalisation des essais d'acceptation

• Liste confirmée des cas à extraire — Scénarios pour le traitement des cellules d'essais

• Stratégie des essais d'acceptation

• Registre de l'avancement des essais par cycle et bilan des essais

• Documentation des points de décision et des demandes de changement

• Registre de l'avancement du traitement des anomalies / améliorations

• États de situation périodiques

• Tout autre livrable identifié pour le bon fonctionnement des essais

Exigences de qualification :

• Formation : BAC en informatique, administration ou domaine pertinent. Compensations acceptées : BAC autre domaine (+1 an) | Certificat dans le domaine (+4 ans) | Tout autre diplôme ou absence (+6 ans).

• Expérience SI : 5 ans en développement de systèmes d'information en milieu utilisateur (analyse besoins, validation dossiers fonctionnels, rédaction devis d'essais, exécution d'essais), incluant 1 mandat dans un projet >8 000 j-p pour une intervention >250 j-p en environnement comparable à RQ.

• Analyse de processus : 1 an comme analyste de processus opérationnels dans une grande organisation (500 employés ou plus).

• Multi-unités : 2 mandats impliquant une interaction avec un grand nombre d'unités administratives.

• Agilité : Expérience pratique d'au moins 1 mandat en méthodologie agile.

• Essais d'acceptation : 1 an en préparation et réalisation d'essais d'acceptation en livraison continue.

• Exigence 7 — BPMN : 1 an minimum en élaboration de processus avec la norme BPMN ou équivalente (Diagramme de processus, Diagramme d'activité).
