LES TÂCHES QUE VOUS ALLEZ ACCOMPLIR 🎯

  • Articuler les objectifs et la stratégie du programme ainsi que l’impact sur les besoins d’affaires;
  • Développer et gérer les stratégies, échéanciers et budgets de votre portfolio de projets;
  • Établir et présenter les cédules de projets et les analyses de rentabilité; guider l'équipe interfonctionnelle vers les étapes définies du projet ;
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des cibles et des mécanismes de contrôle afin de suivre la performance et les progrès, préparer des rapports de statut et modifier les échéanciers et les cédules lorsque requis;
  • Influencer (leadership) au jour le jour l’équipe multidisciplinaire vers l’atteinte des objectifs du programme;
  • Présenter des échéanciers, des études de cas et des mises à jour régulières à la direction;
  • Identifier les risques clés du projet, incluant les stratégies pertinentes à l'atténuation/réduction;
  • Escalader au niveau approprié de gestion lorsque requis;
  • Établir et maintenir des relations d’affaires avec les partenaires internes et externes;
  • Contrôler les coûts du programme (main-d'œuvre, matériel et autres coûts directs), soutenir les négociations avec les fournisseurs et les autres parties prenantes en termes de cédules, de domaine technique et l'impact commercial.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 🎯

  • Articulate the goals and objectives of the program, and how it will impact the business;
  • Own the development and management of the strategies, schedules and budget of your project portfolio;
  • Establish & present project schedules and business cases, and guide the cross functional team towards defined project milestones;
  • Establish and track metrics to monitor performance and progress, prepare status reports and modify schedules and plans as required;
  • Provide day-to-day leadership to cross-functional teams;
  • present project schedules, business cases and updates at regular reviews with senior management;
  • Identify key project risk items, with corresponding risk mitigation or reduction strategies;
  • Escalate to the appropriate level of management as needed;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Control Program costs (manpower, material and other direct costs), support negotiations with suppliers and other stakeholders in terms of schedule, technical scope and commercial impact

Requirements

VOTRE PROFIL EST ESSENTIEL À NOTRE REUSSITE 💎

  • Vous détenez un diplôme universitaire en ingénierie (atout) ou en administration des affaires;
  • Vous avez de l'expérience dans l'industrie aéronautique ou manufacturière (atout);
  • Vous avez plus de cinq (5) ans d'expérience pertinente;
  • Vous possédez de l’initiative, êtes orienté-résultats et avez le désir de prendre des décisions;
  • Vous avez de solides habiletés en gestion de projet (leadership), ainsi de fortes aptitudes pour l'analyse, la planification et la résolution de problèmes;
  • Vous possédez d’excellentes habiletés de communication (écrite et parlée) et êtes en mesure d’influencer à différents échelons de l’organisation;
  • Vous êtes capable de travailler sous pression avec des échéanciers serrés tout en livrant des résultats de qualité;
  • Vous utilisez efficacement la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Project).

YOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS 💎

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business;
  • You have a technical or manufacturing background in aerospace (considered an asset);
  • You have more than five (5) years of relevant experience;
  • You possess initiative, are results driven, and have the desire to make decisions;
  • You have strong project management experience, team leadership skills as well solid analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities;
  • You possess superior communication skills (written & spoken) and the ability to influence at different levels of the organization;
  • You can work under pressure and tight deadlines, and still deliver on commitments;
  • You have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project).
