Sie betreuen eigenständig Mandanten in allen Themen rund um die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung und sind dabei kompetente Ansprechperson für lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Fragestellungen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

  • Erstellung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
  • Betreuung eines festen Mandantenkreises
  • Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen, Behörden und Sozialversicherungsträgern
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalstammdaten
  • Unterstützung bei Prüfungen und Meldungen
  • Ansprechpartner für Mandanten bei abrechnungsrelevanten Fragen
  • Mitarbeit an der weiteren Digitalisierung und Optimierung interner Prozesse

Requirements

  • Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • idealerweise Erfahrung im Kanzlei-Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Mandantenkontakt und Teamarbeit
  • Offenheit für digitale Prozesse und moderne Arbeitsweisen
