Abgerundet wird unser Portfolio durch Spezialentwicklungen auch fernab der Batterietechnik.

  • Technische Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden bei der Auswahl, Auslegung und Anwendung von Batterie – und Energiespeichersystem
  • Durchführung von Tests, Leistungs- und Lebensdaueranalysen sowie Fehlerdiagnosen an Batteriemodulen und – Systemen
  • Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen, Lastenhefte und Prüfprotokolle
  • Unterstützung bei der Integration von Batterien in kundenspezifischen Anwendungen
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und technischen Workshops für Kunden und interne Teams
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen
  • Überwachung relevanter Normen und Sicherheitsrichtlinien

Objectives of the position:

  • Sicherstellen einer optimalen technischen Anwendung der Batterieprodukte beim Kunden, um deren Performance, Sicherheit und Lebensdauer zu maximieren.
  • Professionelle technische Unterstützung für Kunden und interne Abteilungen bieten, um Projekte effizient umzusetzen und technische Herausforderungen zu lösen.
  • Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit durch schnelle, kompetente Analyse und Behebung technischer Probleme.

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Studium, z. B. in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Energietechnik, Batterietechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der technischen Kundenbetreuung oder im Applikationssupport von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Analytische und strukturierte Denkweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
