Présentation du poste

APM MONACO recherche un Store Manager pour venir superviser son équipe sur le corner des Galeries Lafayettes de Bordeaux!

Vente

● Être garant·e de l'atteinte des objectifs de CA du point de vente et rendre compte des résultats à la Direction

● Analyser les rapports de ventes pour définir les besoins du business et proposer les stratégies commerciales adaptées

● Fixer les objectifs individuels de chaque membre de l'équipe de vente

● Motiver l'équipe et s'assurer de la bonne compréhension des KPI pour améliorer les performances individuelles et collectives

● Collaborer avec l'équipe marketing sur les opérations locales

● Faire une veille concurrentielle et être conscient·e des performances des concurrents et des tendances du marché

Service client

● Garantir un niveau d'excellence dans la qualité de service à la clientèle

● S'assurer que l'équipe entretient une communication de qualité avec les clients

● Accompagner les équipes de vente dans la résolution des réclamations clients

Opérations

● Garantir la maintenance, la présentation et l'organisation de la boutique

● S'assurer du respect des procédures de paiement

● Piloter et contrôler les dépenses de la boutique

● Élaborer le planning de l'équipe selon les besoins du business

● Superviser la gestion de l'inventaire et s'assurer que l'équipe maîtrise les procédures et l'utilisation du POS

● Assurer la communication avec les autres services de l'entreprise et les autres boutiques

Visual Merchandising

● Être garant·e du respect des consignes en matière de visual merchandising

● Garantir que la boutique respecte en permanence les standards de présentation imposés par la Direction

● Collaborer avec les équipes logistique, retail et marketing pour garantir un assortiment optimal

● Identifier et signaler sans délai tout produit défectueux

● Anticiper et communiquer les besoins de réassort

Ressources Humaines

● Piloter le recrutement, la formation et le développement de l'équipe

● Évaluer les performances de chaque collaborateur·rice et délivrer un feedback régulier et constructif

● Arbitrer et résoudre les problématiques RH de la boutique, en étroite collaboration avec le service RH

● Garantir que l'image et les standards professionnels de l'équipe reflètent la marque APM

Requirements

Profil recherché

● Vous adorez APM Monaco !

● Vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée en tant que Store Manager, avec une réelle autonomie de gestion

● Vous avez évolué en luxury/fashion retail

● Vous savez analyser des rapports de vente et réagir rapidement pour ajuster une stratégie

● Vous avez de solides compétences en leadership, communication et organisation

● Vous parlez couramment anglais

● Vous êtes agile et savez faire preuve de flexibilité quand nécessaire
