Circle Cat Mentorship Program 是由循环猫（位于美国纽约州的501c3非盈利组织，致力于支持中文背景女性在科技领域的成长与发展）推出的公益导师项目。你将作为学员（mentee）与经验丰富的导师（科技大厂员工）进行为期三到四个月、每两周一次的线上一对一交流，围绕你的发展目标进行对话，提供专业的指导与支持。

Requirements

  • 认同并支持循环猫Women in Tech的理念；
  • 寻求科技领域的专业成长与综合发展；
  • 尊重双方时间，在项目期间至少与Mentor进行5次Meeting；
  • 积极、主动且坚定地投入时间和精力，能与Mentor进行高效沟通；
