We’re hiring an Appointment Setter to schedule estate-plan delivery appointments and follow-up calls. This role focuses on client communication, scheduling, and follow-through—not cold calling.

As you learn our business and demonstrate your abilities, you may have opportunities to work directly with our financial advisors, take on additional responsibilities, and increase your income potential.

What you’ll do

  • Contact clients to schedule estate-plan delivery appointments and follow-up calls.
  • Confirm appointments, provide reminders, and coordinate rescheduling.
  • Keep accurate client information, appointment records, and call notes.
  • Follow up with clients who have not responded or need help coordinating an appointment.
  • Invite clients to share honest feedback about their experience through Google reviews.
  • Communicate with our internal team to keep client appointments and follow-up activities organized.

What you’ll bring

  • Previous appointment-setting, call-center, or related phone-based customer-service experience.
  • A clear, friendly, professional phone manner and strong listening skills.
  • Confidence guiding conversations toward a confirmed appointment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
  • Comfort using Windows-based programs and learning scheduling and client-management tools.
  • Accurate data entry and clear documentation of client conversations.
  • The ability to work independently while coordinating with a team.
  • Dependable attendance and availability to work the scheduled on-site hours.
  • A willingness to learn, apply feedback, and develop additional skills.

Estate-planning, insurance, or financial-services experience is helpful. Relevant phone experience and a commitment to professional client service are our priorities.

What you’ll receive

  • $16 per hour in base pay.
  • $25 employee bonus per Google review, subject to company eligibility requirements.
  • W-2 employment with weekly pay.

8725 Pendery Place, Suite 104 Bradenton, FL 34201

Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM No evening or weekend hours.

This position is on-site in our Bradenton office. Remote work is not available.
