Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, articulate, and driven Appointment Setter to join a fast-growing B2B sales organization. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, acting as a critical bridge between initial interest and closed deals. If you thrive in a high-volume environment and possess the linguistic precision to engage senior stakeholders in both German and English, this is an elite opportunity to accelerate your career in global sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to identify and qualify B2B leads.
  • Manage a consistent pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and meticulous lead tracking.
  • Navigate complex corporate structures to reach key decision-makers.
  • Articulate the value proposition clearly to overcome objections and generate interest.
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls and meetings for the senior sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions within the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Native or professional fluency in German (C1/C2 level).
  • Full professional bilingual proficiency in English.
  • Proven experience in B2B appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales.
  • Ability to maintain high energy and productivity in a high-volume cold-calling environment.
  • Exceptional communication, active listening, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a demanding daily workflow.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior experience using modern CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Experience selling professional services or SaaS solutions.
  • A track record of exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
