Job Overview

We are currently scouting for a dedicated professional to join our team as an Arabic Speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist in Bulgaria. This role is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the fast-paced Gaming & Esports industry, providing critical back-office oversight and support to ensure a seamless experience for a global Arabic-speaking player base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve complex back-office inquiries for high-profile Gaming & Esports platforms.
  • Monitor player accounts to ensure compliance with industry safety standards and fair play regulations.
  • Provide high-level, professional communication in Arabic to support player account management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address technical issues affecting the regional gaming experience.
  • Analyze game data and player feedback to suggest improvements for the Arabic-speaking market.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all support cases within the company’s internal gaming database.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and shifts within the global Gaming & Esports landscape.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
  • A deep passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and an understanding of its unique community.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a professional back-office environment.
  • Excellent command of English for internal team communications.
  • Previous experience in customer support or administrative roles is considered a significant advantage.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, for this on-site opportunity.
