Job Overview

We are currently seeking a passionate professional for the Arabic Speaking Player Support Specialist for Supercell Games position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class support to players within the Supercell gaming ecosystem via chat, email, and social media channels.
  • Ensure an exceptional user experience by resolving technical inquiries, account concerns, and gameplay questions.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Supercell, maintaining the high standards expected in the competitive Gaming & Esports industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate recurring technical bugs or player feedback trends.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of game mechanics, updates, and community events to provide accurate, real-time assistance.
  • Contribute to the positive culture of our Gaming & Esports hub by participating in team meetings and innovation workshops.
  • Document all player interactions in the CRM system to ensure comprehensive reporting and analytical accuracy.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is strictly required for this role.
  • Valid EU passport or right to work in the EU is mandatory to be considered for these jobs in Bulgaria.
  • Deep interest and passion for the Gaming & Esports industry, particularly Supercell titles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with a diverse, global player base.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset toward troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage, though a gaming-first mindset is highly prioritized.
