Role Summary

As an Architect Engineer, you will be actively involved in leading design packages, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring that architectural intent is carried through to construction. You will contribute to on-site delivery, taking responsibility for specific project areas and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of architectural drawings, layouts, and technical details in AutoCAD and/or BIM tools.
  • Take ownership of specific design packages and coordinate across disciplines (interiors, structural, MEP).
  • Prepare and review construction documents, ensuring compliance with building codes, standards, and client requirements.
  • Oversee site coordination, checking works against drawings, issuing clarifications, and reporting deviations.
  • Conduct material research and specification, with a focus on high-end hospitality standards.
  • Liaise directly with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve design and construction issues.
  • Support project management tasks, including progress tracking, quality control, and reporting.
  • Mentor junior architects/engineers, providing guidance and quality checks on their work.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
  • 3–6 years of professional experience, ideally with a focus on hospitality, hotels, or other complex architectural projects.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit/BIM is highly valued.
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, detailing, and high-end finishes.
  • Ability to manage parts of a project independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience coordinating with architects, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Eligibility to work in Greece.
