Solution SFT cherche un(e) Architecte organique Oracle ,dans ce poste vous interviendrez dans le cadre d'un projet client qui relève du secteur public dans la ville du Québec et Montreal .

  • L’Architecte organique Oracle accompagne les équipes internes dans la conception, le développement et l’évolution des systèmes applicatifs basés sur les technologies Oracle.
  • Les systèmes ciblés incluent notamment : GDF (Gestion du financement des services de garde), CAFÉ, CE (Certification des éducatrices), ainsi que plusieurs applications utilisant Oracle APEX, Forms et Reports.

Activités à réaliser

  • Découper le service en composants dans le respect des architectures logicielles et technologiques
  • S'assurer que ce découpage respecte l'architecture organique du Ministère
  • S'assurer que les composants implantés respectent les architectures proposées
  • Participer aux choix technologiques ou logiciels correspondant aux besoins des services numériques
  • Démontrer, au besoin, à l'aide de preuves de concept (prototypage exploratoire), la faisabilité technique de certains éléments de l'architecture organique
  • Soutenir les développeurs (programmeurs) dans l'interprétation des règles organiques et dans la réutilisation des composants
  • Assurer la qualité de la réalisation technique des services numériques
  • Soutenir les équipes de développement afin d'assurer le respect du cadre méthodologique, normatif et technologique
  • Veiller au développement d'applications sécuritaires

Exigences :

  • Min. 8 ans d’expérience en technologies de l’information
  • Dont au moins 3 ans à titre de conseiller en architecture organique Oracle
  • Min. 2 ans d’expérience en développement de systèmes en mode Agile avec des infrastructures ou solutions infonuagiques (Azure DevOps, GIT, etc.)
  • Avoir réalisé 2 mandats de développement d’applications utilisant les outils Oracle (APEX, Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Oracle DB, etc.)
  • Maîtrise de SQL et PL/SQL (obligatoire)
  • Diplôme universitaire de 1er cycle en informatique ou discipline connexe (ou équivalence reconnue selon les normes gouvernementales du Québec)
