We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Area Field Sales Manager to join our mission to lifeproof your make-up routine. Covering London and South UK, this role will represent Wonderskin across key retail locations, driving retail sales, educating store teams and customers on the science and power of our products, and building lasting relationships with our retail partners.

As an Area Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of your territory, with a primary focus on delivering sales and brand presence in-store. This involves strategic planning and execution across your area, collaborating with retail partners to deliver tailored in-store events, and focusing on education, application and customer acquisition.

Reporting into the National Field Sales Manager, this role will work closely with the Wonderskin head office team and retail store teams.

The ideal candidate is someone who lives and breathes retail, thrives on face-to-face relationships, moves fast, and understands what it takes to deliver commercial results in-store. What You Will Do

Drive Business Performance

  • Represent Wonderskin at designated retail locations within your area.
  • Drive sales and achieve company objectives to maximise revenue and grow customer loyalty.
  • Use a solid understanding of sales, product knowledge, events, operations and the retail market to build business across your area.
  • Capture consumer insights, sales trends and traffic patterns for learnings that grow sales and build brand presence.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock needs or issues that may inhibit business.
  • Support the Wonderskin Head Office team in driving sales and brand awareness, communicating sales goals and client engagement strategy.

Relationships + Events

  • Create and maintain strategic retailer partnerships.
  • Meet regularly with store and department managers and update them on business opportunities.
  • Build the brand's presence through key relationships within the retail space.
  • Execute in-store events that grow brand awareness, sales and loyalty and think "excite and delight" for the customer experience.
  • Report results and learnings per event to maximise the effectiveness of the market calendar long term.

Coaching + Education

  • Drive brand education, ensuring staff are well-versed in brand messaging, differentiation and assortment.
  • Deliver effective sales coaching, modelling, observing and providing feedback to ensure strong delivery of sales techniques across varying consumer profiles, including cross-selling for new customers, to achieve sales goals.
  • Educate teams on top-selling products and build their ability to recommend products relevant to each customer.

Social Media + Content

  • Create captivating content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Confidently schedule social media reels, posts and stories.
