Mandat de six mois renouvelable

Taux horaire : 50$/h

Perdiem : 50$ par jour travaillé

Kilométrage et hébergement pris en charge.

Nous recherchons des Agents de relation humaines ayant de l'expérience récente et pertinente en passionné(e) et dynamique pour rejoindre notre équipe médicale.

Votre mission principale sera :

  • Évaluer les besoins psychosociaux des usagers en santé mentale
  • Élaborer, appliquer et assurer le suivi de plans d’intervention individualisés
  • Offrir un soutien psychosocial auprès d’individus, de familles ou de groupes
  • Travailler en collaboration avec l’équipe multidisciplinaire (psychologues, médecins, intervenants sociaux, etc.)
  • Contribuer à la prévention, à la stabilisation et à la réinsertion sociale des usagers

Requis :

  • Baccalauréat en service social, psychologie, psychoéducation ou dans une discipline connexe
  • Membre en règle de son ordre professionnel (OPPQ, OTSTCFQ, etc.)
  • Expérience en intervention en santé mentale ou en relation d’aide (atout)
  • Capacité d’adaptation, d’écoute et de travail en équipe
  • Autonomie et sens de l’initiative
