À propos du mandat

Services SFT recrute un(e) agent(e) de relations humaines pour une mission au sein du CRSSS de la Baie-James, au Centre de santé de Chibougamau.

La ressource interviendra auprès d’une clientèle adulte dans différents programmes, notamment en accueil psychosocial, santé mentale et services sociaux généraux.

Vos principales missions

  • Assurer l’accueil, l’analyse, l’orientation et la référence (AAOR) des usagers
  • Réaliser des évaluations psychosociales et analyser les besoins
  • Intervenir en contexte de crise et effectuer l’évaluation du risque suicidaire
  • Offrir un soutien psychosocial auprès de la clientèle adulte
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les services sociaux et les partenaires du réseau
  • Assurer la documentation et le suivi des interventions dans les systèmes (ICLSC, DCI)

Conditions de travail

  • 🕒 Horaire : temps plein, 35h/semaine
  • 📅 Horaire : lundi au vendredi – 8h30 à 16h30 (incluant 1h de repas)
  • 🌞 Quart de travail : jour
  • 🚫 Aucun horaire atypique
  • 🚫 Pas de garde

Rémunération et avantages

  • 💰 Taux horaire : 60 $/heure
  • 🍽️ Per diem : 50 $ / jour travaillé
  • ✈️ Transport et logement pris en charge (selon conditions)
  • 🤝 Accompagnement administratif et logistique complet

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme en travail social, service social ou domaine connexe
  • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en santé mentale adulte, services sociaux généraux et AAOR en CLSC
  • Expérience en intervention de crise et évaluation du risque suicidaire
  • Maîtrise des outils ICLSC et DCI (atout important)
  • Permis de conduire valide
  • Véhicule personnel requis
  • Autonomie, jugement clinique et sens de l’analyse
