The posting

Your Security. Our Mission. Worldwide.

Global Secure 3 is an international security and risk management firm headquartered in San Francisco, with strategic resources in financial centers around the globe. We work with clients across technology, finance, healthcare, and retail to mitigate risk, protect personnel, and create the conditions for business to move forward without disruption.

Our supervisors set the standard for the agents in the field. They are seasoned, hands-on leaders who hold the line on professionalism, compliance, and client service. We are expanding our Bay Area operations and are seeking a Supervisor who reflects this standard.

The Role

The Armed Supervisor oversees daily security operations across multiple Bay Area client sites and leads a team of armed and unarmed officers. This role serves as the on-the-ground point of contact for client managers and demands strong leadership, sharp situational awareness, and a hands-on approach to maintaining safety and security.

What stays constant is the standard: disciplined, accountable, and visibly professional security operations that protect our clients and represent the GS3 brand at every post.

  • Demonstrated track record supervising armed and/or unarmed guard personnel across multiple posts.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.

  • Experience as a liaison with client and store managers (e.g., national retail accounts)
  • Working knowledge of Rippling and Striven, or comparable timekeeping and reporting platforms
  • Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certification
  • Established relationships with Bay Area law enforcement or corporate security teams

Schedule & Structure

On-Site Leadership (4 Days per Week)

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
