The posting

Buscamos un Arquitecto de Integración para trabajar de manera híbrida si te encuentras en Quito, Ecuador. En esta posición, serás responsable de liderar y diseñar la arquitectura de integración para uno de nuestros clientes más importantes del sector financiero y bancario en Latinoamérica. Trabajarás en un entorno ágil y colaborativo, con un equipo de alto nivel enfocado en la implementación de soluciones de integración modernas, escalables y de alto rendimiento.

Funciones:

  • Definir la estrategia de APIficación en las capas de dominio del banco y promover la monetización de APIs.
  • Diseñar y construir la taxonomía de integración, alineada con marcos como BIAN, Open API y modelos de capacidades de arquitectura empresarial.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de gobernanza en los microservicios y APIs desarrollados por los equipos técnicos.
  • Diseñar arquitecturas robustas y escalables para integraciones bancarias.
  • Evaluar servicios, microservicios y APIs para garantizar su estandarización, categorización y reutilización.
  • Ejecutar pruebas de concepto (PoC) y evaluar nuevas herramientas o tecnologías de integración.
  • Fomentar sinergias entre plataformas, promoviendo la creación y uso de componentes reutilizables.

Requirements

  • 5+ años de experiencia como Arquitecto/a de Integración en el sector financiero o bancario.
  • Conocimiento y uso del marco de referencia BIAN.
  • Sólida experiencia en tecnologías como Java, Spring Boot o .NET Core.
  • Dominio de arquitectura de microservicios, uso de Docker y orquestación con Kubernetes.
  • Conocimientos en CI/CD: configuración y administración de pipelines, automatización de pruebas.
  • Certificación en servicios Cloud (requerido): Azure o AWS, a nivel de desarrollo o arquitectura.
  • Conocimiento técnico en plataformas de integración como: Apigee, AKS, EKS, OpenShift, servidores de aplicación, motores de reglas, Kafka y tecnologías en la nube.
  • Experiencia en arquitecturas de software como:
  • SOA (Arquitectura Orientada a Servicios)
  • Microservicios
  • Microfrontends
  • Arquitectura orientada a eventos
  • Arquitectura Serverless (sin servidor)
  • Experiencia con bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de trabajo en equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Certificación en BIAN (altamente valorada).
