Buscamos un profesional con sólida experiencia técnica y visión estratégica para liderar la evolución y arquitectura de productos digitales en el sector financiero. Como Arquitecto de Soluciones/Líder Técnico de Desarrollo, serás responsable de diseñar soluciones escalables, seguras y resilientes que impulsen la transformación digital, colaborando estrechamente con Product Owners, arquitectos y equipos multidisciplinarios.

Este rol requiere un perfil con profundos conocimientos técnicos, visión integral de negocio y capacidad para mentorizar y guiar a equipos en entornos críticos y de alta demanda, con un enfoque en calidad, mejora continua y alineación estratégica.

La posición es híbrida en Quito, Ecuador, y estarás asignado/a a uno de nuestros clientes más importantes del sector financiero y bancario de Latinoamérica.

Te integrarás a un entorno ágil, trabajando con un equipo excepcional en la implementación de productos de software de clase mundial.

Requirements

Requerimientos Técnicos

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo backend/frontend y arquitectura de software, preferentemente en el sector financiero o fintech.
  • Sólidos conocimientos en bases de datos, patrones de diseño, seguridad, transacciones y sistemas distribuidos.
  • Experiencia en metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y prácticas DevOps, CI/CD, observabilidad y auditoría.
  • Capacidad demostrada para liderar equipos técnicos y gestionar proyectos complejos.
  • Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación para simplificar conceptos técnicos y alinear equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Mentalidad proactiva, orientada a resultados, con pasión por la tecnología y mejora continua.

Responsabilidades

  • Definir y liderar la arquitectura técnica de productos digitales, garantizando escalabilidad, seguridad y alta disponibilidad.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con Product Owners para traducir objetivos de negocio en soluciones técnicas viables y eficientes.
  • Mantener y evolucionar la hoja de ruta técnica, gestionando la deuda técnica y facilitando la innovación tecnológica.
  • Revisar y aprobar diseños técnicos y código, asegurando la calidad y cumplimiento de estándares.
  • Facilitar la comunicación efectiva entre equipos técnicos, stakeholders y áreas de negocio.
  • Promover y ejecutar mejores prácticas de desarrollo, integración continua, despliegue y monitoreo.
  • Liderar la identificación y mitigación de riesgos técnicos y operacionales.
  • Mentorizar y potenciar al equipo técnico, fomentando un ambiente de aprendizaje y colaboración.
