En Devsu buscamos un Arquitecto de Soluciones para liderar la definición e implementación de arquitecturas de software para productos del sector fintech.

Buscamos un perfil con experiencia en sistemas distribuidos, aplicaciones móviles y entornos cloud, capaz de impulsar decisiones técnicas estratégicas y garantizar soluciones escalables, resilientes y seguras.

Trabajarás junto a equipos multidisciplinarios en la evolución de plataformas de misión crítica, promoviendo buenas prácticas, estándares de arquitectura y mejora continua.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar arquitecturas escalables, seguras y resilientes para nuevas funcionalidades y productos.
  • Liderar decisiones técnicas y acompañar a los equipos de desarrollo en la implementación de soluciones.
  • Definir y promover estándares, patrones de diseño y lineamientos de arquitectura.
  • Revisar y validar funcionalidades antes de su paso a producción.
  • Supervisar la integración y evolución de sistemas distribuidos.
  • Participar en la resolución de incidentes críticos y promover iniciativas de mejora continua.
  • Coordinar despliegues productivos y asegurar la continuidad operativa.
  • Impulsar estrategias de monitoreo y observabilidad.
  • Evaluar nuevas tecnologías y contribuir a la evolución de las plataformas.
  • Colaborar con stakeholders técnicos y de negocio para asegurar el alineamiento con los objetivos estratégicos.

Requirements

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software y experiencia comprobada como Arquitecto de Software o Líder Técnico.
  • Experiencia diseñando arquitecturas distribuidas y basadas en microservicios.
  • Experiencia en entornos fintech, bancarios o de alta transaccionalidad.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos y trabajando con múltiples stakeholders.
  • Experiencia en despliegues continuos y soporte a incidentes en ambientes productivos.
  • Experiencia con aplicaciones móviles Android e iOS.
  • Sólidos conocimientos en Clean Architecture, DDD, CQRS y arquitecturas basadas en eventos.

Tecnologías requeridas:

  • Arquitectura y diseño: Microservicios, Clean Architecture, DDD, CQRS y AWS Well-Architected Framework.
  • Frontend: React Native.
  • Backend: Node.js, NestJS y TypeScript.
  • Base de datos y almacenamiento: PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, SQL y NoSQL.
  • Cloud y DevOps: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Azure DevOps y CI/CD.
  • Monitoreo y observabilidad: Dynatrace, Grafana y AWS CloudWatch.
  • Integraciones y mensajería: Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ y GraphQL.
  • Seguridad: SOC2 y estándares OWASP.
  • Calidad y automatización: API Testing, Cypress y Appium.
