Buscamos una Asesora Comercial con experiencia comprobable en venta de tratamientos de medicina estética para incorporarse a un centro ubicado en Belgrano, CABA.

La posición requiere un fuerte perfil comercial, capacidad de cierre y seguimiento constante. Su objetivo será acompañar a cada paciente desde la primera consulta hasta la contratación del tratamiento, impulsando luego su renovación y fidelización.

Responsabilidades

  • Asesorar a pacientes sobre los tratamientos disponibles, de acuerdo con las indicaciones del equipo médico.
  • Identificar necesidades y oportunidades comerciales.
  • Elaborar y registrar presupuestos en el sistema.
  • Convertir consultas y presupuestos en ventas.
  • Realizar seguimiento diario y sistemático de presupuestos pendientes.
  • Recuperar contactos de pacientes que consultaron y no concretaron.
  • Gestionar el cierre comercial y coordinar el inicio del tratamiento con el equipo del centro.
  • Promover renovaciones y oportunidades de venta cruzada para aumentar el ticket promedio.
  • Mantener actualizado el historial de consultas, presupuestos y seguimiento de cada paciente.
  • Realizar seguimiento postventa y acciones de fidelización.
  • Cumplir los objetivos comerciales mensuales individuales y del centro.

Requisitos excluyentes

  • Experiencia comprobable en ventas dentro de centros de medicina estética, clínicas estéticas o estética médica.
  • Conocimiento de tratamientos faciales, corporales e inyectables.
  • Experiencia trabajando con objetivos comerciales y comisiones.
  • Muy buen manejo de WhatsApp, sistemas de gestión y herramientas de seguimiento de leads.
  • Capacidad de negociación, cierre de ventas y seguimiento comercial.
  • Excelente comunicación y trato profesional con pacientes.
  • Organización, proactividad y orientación a resultados.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar full-time de manera presencial en Belgrano, CABA.

Se valorará especialmente

  • Experiencia en comercialización de Botox, ácido hialurónico, bioestimuladores, aparatología y tratamientos corporales.
  • Experiencia en renovación de tratamientos, recuperación de pacientes y fidelización.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples consultas y sostener un seguimiento ordenado.

Condiciones y beneficios

  • Modalidad: presencial en Belgrano, CABA.
  • Jornada: full-time, de lunes a viernes.
  • Contratación: directa por parte del centro de medicina estética.
  • Compensación: sueldo fijo más comisiones por ventas, con pago en pesos argentinos.
  • Beneficio: almuerzo incluido.

Importante: buscamos un perfil comercial con experiencia concreta en venta de tratamientos de medicina estética. La experiencia exclusivamente en recepción o atención al paciente no resulta suficiente.
