Los equipos de The Law Collective son bilingües (español/inglés) para atender a clientes en todos sus mercados.

Resumen del puesto

El Asistente de Case Manager realiza tareas de apoyo directo al equipo de Case Managers, con impacto en la calidad y precisión del trabajo del expediente. Trabaja bajo supervisión directa y recibe capacitación por parte del Case Manager/abogado a cargo. Aplica conocimiento funcional de los procesos del caso y comprende cómo su trabajo contribuye al avance del expediente dentro del equipo. Requiere tacto y diplomacia al manejar información sensible sobre clientes que han sufrido un accidente. Por lo general resuelve problemas básicos a moderadamente complejos según la práctica establecida, y puede evaluar opciones en situaciones no contempladas en los procedimientos, escalando al Case Manager cuando corresponde.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar trabajo variado que implique iniciativa moderada para apoyar al Case Manager y al abogado en temas del caso
  • Preparar documentos y comunicaciones básicas (borradores de cartas, resúmenes de caso) para revisión del Case Manager o abogado
  • Actualizar y mantener las bases de datos/CRM del caso con información específica y precisa
  • Proveer documentos solicitados por otro personal legal del equipo
  • Revisar, clasificar y organizar documentación del caso (récords médicos, facturas, reportes) y derivarla al área correspondiente
  • Ayudar a preparar comunicaciones y respuestas relacionadas con el caso
  • Realizar tareas administrativas: programación, manejo de calendario, organización de citas y reuniones
  • Responder llamadas y dar seguimiento básico con clientes bajo la guía del Case Manager

Requirements

  • Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia relevante (asistencia legal, atención al cliente, o administrativa)
  • Bachillerato o Licenciatura en administración o afín
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Experiencia en atención al cliente
  • Capacidades técnicas: manejo de sistemas de correo electrónico, Word, Excel
  • Excelentes habilidades de organización
  • Habilidad para revisar y organizar numerosos documentos relacionados
  • Trabajo presencial de Lunes a Viernes en Area Metropolitana de CDMX.
