OBJETIVO DEL CARGO

Ejecutar las tareas relacionadas al proceso de abastecimiento de productos para la organización.

RESPONSABILIDADES GENERALES DEL CARGO

  • Ejecutar los procesos de compra de los requerimientos mensuales tanto de la operación como de las áreas de apoyo.
  • Apoyar las labores del/la Oficial de Compras Nacional.
  • Gestionar proveedores y procesos de compras.
  • Realizar procesos de selección de proveedores según los lineamientos establecidos en el manual de la Organización.
  • Reportar las compras de insumos al personal de logística para programar la recepción de los mismos.
  • Monitorear y notificar la entrega de insumos en conjunto con el personal de logística.
  • Gestionar las garantías de los productos cuando sea pertinente.
  • Proponer el uso de nuevas tecnologías, productos y servicios eficientes que contribuyan a la eficiencia del programa.
  • Realizar seguimiento activo a los procesos de compras para garantizar el cumplimiento eficiente en la cadena de abastecimiento.

Requirements

  • Estudiante universitario últimos semestres, Tecnólogo, Técnico en carreras afines al cargo.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en el trabajo en actividades relacionadas con el abastecimiento de productos e insumos, manejo de procesos de compra, gestión de proveedores, garantías de los productos adquiridos, monitoreo en la entrega de insumos, actualización de bases de datos.
  • Comunicación eficaz y habilidades interpersonales.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a las locaciones regionales de HALO Colombia (Antioquia, Meta, Cauca, Norte de Santander).
  • Se valorará la experiencia demostrable en manejo de Software de compra.
  • Manejo intermedio - avanzado paquete Office.
