Octhopus es una startup 100% mexicana. Nos enfocamos en lograr que cada emprendedor pueda contar con la ayuda de una Asistente Ejecutiva Virtual, a la medida de sus necesidades, para crecer su negocio y mejorar su calidad de vida. Nuestro equipo está conformado por mamás profesionistas con varios años de experiencia y apasionadas por el servicio al cliente.

En Octhopus, todas nuestras asistentes buscan dar ese factor WOW, adelantarse a las necesidades de nuestros clientes y dar el mejor servicio.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Profesionistas con carrera universitaria,
  • Con al menos 5 años de experiencia laboral,
  • Alto nivel de inglés.
  • Por ahora, solamente estamos reclutando a personas que residan en la República Mexicana.

Qué harás:

Te volverás la mano derecha de varios de nuestros clientes. Y no solo eso, por la formación y experiencia de nuestros asistentes, deberás realizar cada tarea delegada con el sello de valor y profesionalismo que distingue a las asistentes de Octhopus.

Principales tareas que pueden delegarte:

  • Seguimiento a clientes
  • Prospección
  • Registro de gastos
  • Investigaciones básicas
  • Manejo de redes sociales
  • Llamadas
  • Cotizaciones
  • Presentaciones y documentos
  • Facturación
  • Traducciones
  • Citas, confirmaciones y reservaciones
  • Bases de datos
  • Documentación de procesos
  • Considerando que cada cliente tiene necesidades diferentes, en ocasiones también podrían asignarte otro tipo de tareas.

Requirements

Formación y experiencia requeridas:

  • Carrera universitaria completa y más de 5 años de experiencia profesional comprobada.

Habilidades y conocimientos:

  • Excelente ortografía y redacción en español.
  • Excelente nivel de inglés, hablado y escrito.
  • Conocimiento práctico de Office y Google Workspace.
  • Habilidad para aprender diferentes herramientas digitales.
  • Extrema orientación al detalle, a entregar productos de buena calidad.

Notas:

  • El horario de servicio ofrecido a nuestros clientes es de lunes a viernes de 09:00 a 18:00. Dependerá del tipo de tareas que te deleguen si la ejecución de las mismas deberá ser inmediata o diferida dentro del día o de la semana.
  • Debes contar con computadora con conexión rápida a internet, así como un smartphone.
  • Debes estar dado de alta en Hacienda (México) para poder emitir facturas.
