Buscamos un/a Asistente Virtual Bilingüe organizado/a, responsable y proactivo/a para sumarse al equipo de una pequeña empresa de servicios en Estados Unidos.

Es una excelente oportunidad para alguien que disfrute de trabajar con clientes, organizar procesos y asumir diferentes responsabilidades dentro de un equipo pequeño y dinámico.

Buscamos construir una relación profesional de largo plazo, por lo que valoramos especialmente la autonomía, el compromiso, la capacidad de aprendizaje y las ganas de crecer junto con el negocio.

🚀 ¿Qué vas a hacer?

Tu día a día combinará atención al cliente, tareas administrativas y soporte comercial, incluyendo:

  • Atender llamadas telefónicas en inglés de manera profesional y cordial.
  • Brindar soporte y resolver consultas de clientes.
  • Gestionar y organizar la bandeja de entrada de emails.
  • Realizar llamadas de seguimiento a clientes actuales.
  • Contactar potenciales clientes y realizar prospección comercial.
  • Identificar nuevas oportunidades de venta y dar seguimiento a los leads.
  • Mantener organizada la información, documentación y registros de la empresa.
  • Gestionar agendas, reuniones y tareas pendientes.
  • Dar soporte en diferentes proyectos y necesidades administrativas.
  • Brindar apoyo básico en actividades de ventas y marketing.
  • Aprender nuevos procesos y asumir progresivamente nuevas responsabilidades según las necesidades del negocio.

  • Inglés avanzado/bilingüe, tanto oral como escrito.
  • Excelente comunicación y capacidad para interactuar profesionalmente con clientes.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de acuerdo con el huso horario de Estados Unidos.
  • Muy buena organización y capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas.
  • Perfil responsable, proactivo y orientado a resultados.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y tomar iniciativa.
  • Facilidad para aprender nuevas herramientas y procesos.
  • Buena atención al detalle y seguimiento de tareas.
  • Experiencia previa en atención al cliente, administración, ventas o soporte comercial será valorada.
