Βοηθό Λογιστή (Assistant Accountant)

Περιγραφή Θέσης:

Η θέση αφορά τη στελέχωση της Οικονομικής Διεύθυνσης, με κύριο αντικείμενο την καθημερινή διαχείριση των λογιστικών και χρηματοοικονομικών συναλλαγών, την επίβλεψη της πλατφόρμας MYDATA, καθώς και την υποστήριξη back-office σχετικών διαδικασιών.

Οι κύριες αρμοδιότητες της θέσης, περιλαμβάνουν:

· Διαχείριση, έλεγχος και καταχώριση καθημερινών χρηματοοικονομικών και λογιστικών συναλλαγών.

· Ενασχόληση με όλες τις πτυχές της χρηματοοικονομικής λογιστικής, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των εισπράξεων (accounts receivable), των πληρωμών (accounts payable) και των δραστηριοτήτων γενικού καθολικού (general ledger).

· Δημιουργία ad-hoc (έκτακτων) αναφορών και reports για την κάλυψη ποικίλων επιχειρηματικών αναγκών της διοίκησης.

· Επίβλεψη της υποβολής στοιχείων και διασφάλιση της πλήρους συμμόρφωσης με τις συνολικές απαιτήσεις του φορολογικού συστήματος MYDATA.

· Υποστήριξη στην προετοιμασία και διεκπεραίωση των back-office λειτουργιών που σχετίζονται με τη μισθοδοσία του οργανισμού.

Requirements

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

· Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ στην Κατεύθυνση της Λογιστικής, των Οικονομικών ή συναφούς αντικειμένου.

· Προϋπηρεσία 2-5 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε οργανωμένο και δομημένο επιχειρηματικό περιβάλλον.

· Άριστη γνώση των λογιστικών κανονισμών και διαδικασιών (Ελληνικά Λογιστικά Πρότυπα / GAAP).

· Εξοικείωση και γνώση των συστημάτων και των απαιτήσεων των πλατφορμών MYDATA και ΕΡΓΑΝΗ ΙΙ.

· Άριστες δεξιότητες χειρισμού Η/Υ, με έμφαση στην πολύ καλή γνώση του MS Excel.

· Οργανωτικές ικανότητες, συνέπεια, ομαδικό πνεύμα και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
