Η ICAP Employment Solutions αναζητά για λογαριασμό πελάτη της Assistant Accountant.

Ο/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα υποστηρίζει τις καθημερινές λογιστικές εργασίες, συμβάλλοντας στην ομαλή λειτουργία του τμήματος.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Καταχώρηση λογιστικών εγγραφών και παραστατικών.
  • Έλεγχος και συμφωνία τιμολογίων πελατών και προμηθευτών.
  • Παρακολούθηση εισπράξεων και πληρωμών.
  • Υποστήριξη στη διενέργεια συμφωνιών τραπεζών και λογαριασμών.
  • Αρχειοθέτηση και οργάνωση λογιστικών εγγράφων.
  • Συνεργασία με το λογιστήριο για την προετοιμασία φορολογικών και οικονομικών υποχρεώσεων.
  • Υποστήριξη σε λοιπές διοικητικές και λογιστικές εργασίες.

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ ή ΙΕΚ Λογιστικής, Χρηματοοικονομικών ή συναφούς κατεύθυνσης.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office, ιδιαίτερα Excel.
  • Γνώση λογιστικών εφαρμογών ή ERP θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Οργανωτικότητα, υπευθυνότητα και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
  • Ικανότητα συνεργασίας και αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης χρόνου.
