Assistant Director of Nursing, Long Term Care

Position Responsibilities: • Provide oversight of the PRI and MDS processes to maximize reimbursement and support financial sustainability • Represent the Nursing Department on the LTC Safety Committee and coordinate employee safety initiatives • Coordinate and oversee the LTC attendance procedure process • Provide daily supervisory oversight of nursing staff and clinical operations • Assume Nurse Manager responsibilities in the absence of another Nurse Manager • Participate in the recruitment and interview process for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) candidates

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required • Current Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license • Four (4) years of managerial experience and two (2) years of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities in a Long-Term Care setting

Preferred: • Prior experience at the Assistant Director of Nursing level
