The posting

Nous recrutons, pour le compte de l’un de nos clients, un(e) Assistant(e) Médico-Social(e).

Missions principales

  • Assurer l’accompagnement et le suivi administratif des sujets liés à la santé au travail et au bien-être des collaborateurs.
  • Assurer le suivi des certificats médicaux, absences pour maladie et dossiers de santé au travail, dans le respect de la confidentialité.
  • Gérer et suivre les accidents du travail, de la déclaration au suivi administratif du dossier.
  • Tenir à jour les dossiers médicaux, tableaux de bord et outils de suivi liés à la santé au travail.
  • Assurer la coordination avec le médecin du travail, les équipes RH et les différentes parties prenantes internes.
  • Participer au suivi des actions liées à la prévention des risques professionnels, à la santé et au bien-être des collaborateurs.
  • Concevoir, organiser et coordonner des actions de prévention et de sensibilisation : campagnes de santé, prévention, bien-être, etc.
  • Participer à l’animation des actions de sensibilisation auprès des collaborateurs.
  • Préparer les reportings et indicateurs de suivi relatifs à la santé au travail.
  • Veiller au respect des règles de confidentialité et de protection des informations médicales.

Requirements

  • Diplôme d’État d’Infirmier(e) obligatoire.
  • Minimum 10 ans d’expérience, idéalement acquise en médecine du travail / santé au travail en entreprise.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion administrative des sujets liés à la santé au travail.
  • Bonne maîtrise du suivi des absences maladie, certificats médicaux et accidents du travail.
  • Expérience dans la coordination avec un médecin du travail, les RH et différents interlocuteurs internes.
  • Bonne connaissance des enjeux liés à la santé au travail, la prévention et au bien-être des collaborateurs.
  • Expérience dans la mise en place et l’animation d’actions de prévention et de sensibilisation.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et capacité à élaborer des tableaux de bord et reportings.
  • Excellentes qualités d’écoute, d’empathie, de discrétion et de confidentialité.
  • Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et aisance relationnelle.
