Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate profile - an HR professional first, rather than a Finance or Administration candidate with some HR exposure.

The ideal candidate is someone who can independently manage day-to-day HR operations, provide practical advice to management, lead a small team and personally step in when operational issues require attention.

The individual should be comfortable balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution and should demonstrate strong ownership, judgement and the ability to improve existing processes rather than simply maintain them.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
