RituAli, brand di Ali Professional specializzato nel settore Hospitality di Lusso, ricerca un/a Assistant In Room Dining Manager per un prestigioso Hotel 5 stelle Lusso situato in provincia di Siena.

Sulla Struttura:

La tenuta di lusso si trova nel cuore della Val d’Orcia, sito Patrimonio dell’UNESCO. La proprietà comprende suite, ville, due ristoranti, una scuola di cucina, una Spa, una storica cantina di vini pregiati e un Golf Club privato.

Responsabilità:

  • Supporto alla gestione del reparto: affiancare l’In Room Dining Manager nella gestione quotidiana del servizio Room Service, contribuendo a garantire elevati standard qualitativi e un’esperienza esclusiva per gli ospiti.
  • Coordinamento del team: fungere da punto di raccordo tra il Manager e il resto della squadra, facilitando la comunicazione e assicurando un’organizzazione efficace delle attività operative.
  • Supervisione del servizio: monitorare la corretta gestione degli ordini, i tempi di consegna, l’allestimento dei vassoi e la presentazione delle portate, nel rispetto degli standard della struttura.
  • Gestione delle richieste degli ospiti: assicurare un servizio attento e personalizzato, gestendo eventuali esigenze particolari e contribuendo alla risoluzione di criticità.
  • Supporto operativo: intervenire direttamente nelle attività di servizio quando necessario, mantenendo un approccio pratico e orientato alla qualità.
  • Rispetto delle procedure: assicurare l’applicazione degli standard aziendali, delle procedure di servizio e delle norme di igiene, sicurezza e riservatezza.

Cosa Cerchiamo:

  • Esperienza pregressa nella medesima mansione o in ruoli analoghi all’interno di hotel 5 stelle Lusso.
  • Conoscenza approfondita delle dinamiche e delle procedure del servizio In Room Dining.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Capacità organizzative, precisione e attenzione al dettaglio.
  • Spiccate doti relazionali e comunicative, con capacità di coordinamento e gestione del team.
  • Attitudine al problem solving, flessibilità e orientamento alla soddisfazione dell’ospite.
  • Approccio operativo e capacità di lavorare in squadra, mantenendo una visione d’insieme del reparto.

Cosa Offriamo:

  • Inserimento diretto in azienda con contratto stagionale da marzo a dicembre.
  • Inquadramento al livello B2 del CCNL di riferimento.
  • Retribuzione lorda mensile indicativa: € 2.100–2.200, oltre a ROL e ratei di tredicesima e quattordicesima.
  • Possibilità di vitto e alloggio, con trattenute a carico del dipendente.
