About CSA

Established on 1 April 2015, the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) provides dedicated and centralised oversight of Singapore's national cyber security functions. It is the national body overseeing cyber security strategy, operation, education and outreach and ecosystem development. It is part of the Prime Minister's Office and is managed by the Ministry of Digital Development and Information.

CSA offers exciting opportunities for individuals to be part of our dynamic, multi-disciplinary and committed team shaping Singapore's cyber landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support recruitment activities across the talent acquisition lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection and onboarding.
  • Coordinate recruitment assessments, engage candidates and hiring managers, and facilitate a positive recruitment experience.
  • Maintain recruitment records, track hiring progress and prepare recruitment data and reports.
  • Identify and support opportunities to streamline recruitment processes through digitalisation, automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support talent attraction initiatives, including campus recruitment activities, career fairs and outreach events.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or HR operations would be advantageous.
  • Strong interest in leveraging technology and process improvements to enhance HR operations.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (knowledge of VLOOKUP and PivotTables would be advantageous).
  • Proactive, adaptable and willing to learn, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
