Assistant Ops Project Manager

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Υποστηρίζει την καθημερινή λειτουργία και την ανάπτυξη των έργων της Γενικής Διεύθυνσης Διοικητικών Υπηρεσιών, μέσα από έρευνα, ανάλυση και εκπόνηση μελετών και παρουσιάσεων
  • Συλλέγει και προετοιμάζει το υλικό μελετών, παρουσιάσεων, διορθώσεων και μορφοποιήσεων
  • Αναλαμβάνει την τελική σύνταξη τευχών παρουσιάσεων μελετών ή θεμάτων εσωτερικά και σε τρίτους (Ελληνικά και Αγγλικά)
  • Επισκοπεί και επεξεργάζεται θέματα κανονιστικής συμμόρφωσης αρμοδιότητας της Γενικής Διεύθυνσης
  • Επεξεργάζεται οργανωσιακά θέματα και συντάσσει περιγραφές αρμοδίων ειδικών ρόλων σε συνεργασία με τη διεύθυνση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού
  • Επεξεργάζεται διαγράμματα εγκριτικών ροών και συντάσσει τα υποστηρικτικά κείμενα
  • Ερευνά νέες εγχώριες και διεθνείς τάσεις στα πεδία ευθύνης της Γενικής Διεύθυνσης και υποβάλλει ενημερωτικά σημειώματα και προτάσεις προς διεργασία
  • Αναλαμβάνει τον συντονισμό ή/και τη διεκπεραίωση των νέων εγκεκριμένων προτάσεων προς υλοποίηση
  • Ετοιμάζει την ατζέντα και τα εισηγητικά σημειώματα για τη διευκόλυνση συναντήσεων
  • Αναλαμβάνει την προετοιμασία εσωτερικών ενημερώσεων και newsletters
  • Λαμβάνει και διεκπεραιώνει διορθώσεις και αναθεωρήσεις που αφορούν επίσημα έγγραφα του Ομίλου (Κανονισμοί, Πολιτικές κλπ)
  • Προβαίνει σε μελέτη και ανάλυση ρυθμιστικών θεμάτων και προτείνει διαδικασίες εφαρμογής ελέγχου και εφαρμογής
  • Συμμετέχει στις εργασίες διαρκούς συμμόρφωσης με τον GDPR, σε συνεργασία με την Υπηρεσία Προσωπικών Δεδομένων
  • Συμμετέχει στις εργασίες δράσεων διατήρησης πλάνων επιχειρησιακής συνέχειας
  • Ερευνά τις δυνατότητες και συμμετέχει στο σχεδιασμό ψηφιοποίησης διαδικασιών σε συνεργασία με την Πληροφορική και το Γραφείο Ψηφιακού Μετασχηματισμού
  • Παρακολουθεί την ανάπτυξη πολιτικών και διαδικασιών νέων συστημάτων κλπ, ενώ συμμετέχει ταυτόχρονα σε έργα αυτοματοποίησής τους
  • Υποστηρίζει δυνητικά απευθείας Διευθυντές σε διατμηματικά έργα

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ Μηχανικού
  • Μεταπτυχιακό στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφές αντικείμενο
  • 3 έτη συγκεκριμένης εργασιακής εμπειρίας κατ’ ελάχιστον, σε έργα εταιρικής διακυβέρνησης ή έκδοσης προτύπων ή οργάνωσης επιχειρήσεων ή συμβουλευτικά έργα οργανωτικών δομών ή κανονιστικής συμμόρφωσης ή επεξεργασίας ρυθμιστικών και εταιρικών θεμάτων
  • Άριστη γνώστη MS Office και Visio
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (προφορικά και γραπτά)

  • Επιμελή μελέτη και ανάλυση δεδομένων
  • Άνεση στον σχεδιασμό διαγραμμάτων και δημιουργίας παρουσιάσεων
