  • Process new hire payroll and benefits setup, employee status changes, garnishments, direct deposit authorizations, and voluntary deduction forms.
  • Reconcile payroll and benefits data against timekeeping systems, HRIS records, and general ledger accounts; research and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and assist with quarterly and annual payroll tax filings and reporting (e.g., W-2s, ACA reporting) in compliance with the Internal Revenue Service, New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, and New Jersey Division of Taxation requirements.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, leave balances, and benefits in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Assist with tracking employee leave balances, including earned sick leave accrued under the New Jersey Earned Sick Leave Law, FMLA/NJFLA leave, and other board-approved leave.
  • Support internal and external audits, NJDOE reporting, and pension reporting by compiling requested payroll and benefits documentation.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee financial, medical, and personnel information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
  • Perform other related clerical and administrative duties as assigned by the School Business Administrator.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
