Ali Professional ricerca per importante realtà della ristorazione veloce di qualità un/a Assistant Store Manager per il punto vendita di Venezia – Stazione Santa Lucia.

Affiancherai lo Store Manager nella gestione quotidiana del punto vendita, contribuendo al coordinamento delle attività operative e alla crescita delle performance del team.

Le principali responsabilità:

  • Supportare il coordinamento del team durante i turni di lavoro.
  • Garantire un servizio rapido, efficiente e orientato alla soddisfazione del cliente.
  • Supervisionare le attività di banco, cassa e preparazione prodotti.
  • Assicurare il rispetto degli standard aziendali di qualità, igiene e sicurezza.
  • Monitorare l'organizzazione operativa del punto vendita e intervenire tempestivamente in caso di necessità.
  • Contribuire alla formazione e all'onboarding delle nuove risorse.
  • Collaborare alla gestione degli ordini, delle scorte e delle attività di apertura e chiusura store.
  • Supportare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali e operativi del punto vendita.

Requirements

  • Esperienza, anche breve ma significativa, in ruoli di coordinamento nel settore retail, GDO, hospitality o ristorazione.
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e predisposizione al lavoro di squadra.
  • Attitudine alla leadership e alla gestione delle persone.
  • Forte orientamento al cliente e ai risultati.
  • Buone capacità organizzative e di gestione dello stress.
  • Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, nei weekend e nei giorni festivi.
