ASSISTANT RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR | MILANO

La risorsa lavorerà a diretto riporto del Direttore, affiancandolo nella gestione operativa quotidiana del locale e del team di sala. Il ruolo manterrà una forte componente operativa sul floor, affiancata da responsabilità crescenti nel coordinamento del servizio, nella gestione dei flussi di cassa e nell’organizzazione della squadra.

La ricerca è rivolta sia a professionisti che abbiano già maturato una prima esperienza in ruoli di supervisione o coordinamento, sia a Chef de Rang Senior con una solida esperienza operativa, interessati a intraprendere un concreto percorso di crescita verso responsabilità gestionali.

Requirements

Responsabilità principali

  • Presidio operativo del servizio di sala durante il turno assegnato.
  • Affiancamento al Direttore nella gestione quotidiana del locale.
  • Coordinamento operativo della squadra durante il servizio.
  • Supervisione dei flussi e delle attività connesse al turno.
  • Monitoraggio e gestione dei flussi di cassa.
  • Cura dell’accoglienza e della relazione con una clientela italiana e internazionale.
  • Supporto nell’organizzazione del team e nel mantenimento degli standard di servizio.

Cosa cerchiamo

  • Esperienza maturata in contesti di ristorazione con buon posizionamento.
  • Esperienza come Assistant Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor Junior, Chef de Rang Senior o in ruoli assimilabili.
  • Solida padronanza del servizio di sala e capacità di mantenere una presenza operativa costante sul floor.
  • Attitudine al coordinamento e alla gestione della squadra.
  • Capacità organizzative, relazionali e di gestione delle priorità.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Benefits

Cosa offriamo

Contratto: iniziale inserimento a tempo determinato di 6 mesi, finalizzato al successivo consolidamento a tempo indeterminato.

Inserimento previsto: tra fine settembre e il 1° ottobre 2026.

Retribuzione: RAL compresa tra 30.000 € e 33.000 €, definita sulla base dell’esperienza e delle competenze maturate.

CCNL: Turismo / Pubblici Esercizi.

Orario di lavoro: full time su turni unici.

Percorso di crescita: affiancamento diretto alla Direzione e progressiva acquisizione di responsabilità nella gestione del servizio e nel coordinamento della squadra.

Luogo di lavoro: Milano Centro.
