Ali Professional, società di ricerca e selezione del personale parte del gruppo Ali Lavoro, ricerca per GROM, importante realtà Retail sul mondo Food, contesto parte di un importante gruppo internazionale, 1 Assistant Store Manager.

L’Assistant Store Manager entrerà a far parte del cuore operativo del negozio, affiancando lo Store Manager nella gestione quotidiana dello Store.

Insieme allo Store Manager si occuperai di:

-Supporto nella gestione e nel coordinamento del punto vendita

-Operatività diretta (presenza a banco, nella preparazione di coni, coppette, etc.)

-Gestione dei turni, inventario e controllo stock

-Gestione delle attività amministrative

-Formazione, motivazione e supervisione del Team della gelateria

Un ruolo dinamico e di responsabilità, perfetto se si vuole crescere nel mondo del Retail Food

Requirements

Che cosa apprezziamo:

-Almeno un anno di esperienza nel mondo del Retail e/o del Food,

-Attitudine alla vendita e alla gestione di un team affiatato

-Passione per il mondo Food e ancor meglio per il gelato

-Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
