The posting

  • Acolher, atender e aconselhar/esclarecer questões da rede comercial sobre os produtos, serviços e processo de venda;
  • Gerir, responder ou encaminhar as participações/reclamações de sinistro ou pedidos de esclarecimento apresentados por clientes e agentes, através da sua resolução directa ou do suporte das respectivas áreas competentes;
  • Acompanhar e apoiar as redes comerciais e gestores através da execução de actividades operacionais, fundamentais à actividade comercial, contribuindo para a garantia dos níveis de serviço requeridos;
  • Contribuir para a gestão da carteira de seguros e acompanhamento da sua evolução, intervindo também proactivamente nas acções de cross-selling, up-selling e retenção podendo, em alguns dos canais, desenvolver acções regulares de prospecção e captação de novos clientes;
  • Gerir administrativamente as apólices no que se refere a processos de emissão, alteração e cancelamento;
  • Prestar suporte administrativo aos processos de pagamentos e recebimentos;
  • Articular com as áreas afectas à rede comercial, os processos necessários a uma actuação integrada, garantindo a uniformização e a qualidade da abordagem comercial;
  • Garantir a articulação com outras áreas da Organização, a fim de submeter as propostas não enquadradas no nível de delegação de competências de subscrição e assegurar o cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais em vigor, promovendo a melhoria contínua dos processos;
  • Recolher, tratar dados e apoiar na produção de informação de apoio à gestão;
  • Garantir o suporte técnico/comercial e a dinamização do relaccionamento com a rede, com o objectivo de capacitá-la de maior autonomia para o cumprimento dos objectivos comerciais definidos, assegurando os níveis de serviço na assistência;
  • Colaborar na definição/negociação, comunicação, acompanhamento e controlo dos objectivos de venda da rede afecta, de forma a garantir os resultados.

Requirements

  • Grau de Licenciatura (constitui vantagem);
  • Mínimo de 1 ano operando na área de Seguros;
  • Idade inferior a 35 anos;
  • Fluência em Inglês;
  • Domínio de técnicas de negociação e vendas;
  • Domínio de captação e fidelização de clientes;
  • Conhecimento de processos de venda;
  • Conhecimento de informática e Microsoft Office;
  • Alto sentido de responsabilidade;
  • Alta capacidade de análise: inovação de proactividade;
  • Habilidade de relaccionamento interpessoal;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão.
