Per la nostra sede di Firenze, stiamo cercando un/a Assistente Commerciale Mercato Ortofrutticolo (orario notturno).

Questa figura chiave contribuirà al successo della nostra divisione commerciale, supportando le attività di vendita e la gestione della relazione con i clienti.

Responsabilità principali:

All’inizio affiancherai i colleghi commerciali esperti, supportandoli nell’attività di vendita e nella gestione e preparazione merce. Progressivamente apprenderai le caratteristiche dei prodotti disponibili, le logiche di vendita per riuscire a identificare i bisogni dei clienti e orientare le loro scelte, instaurando con gli stessi un rapporto di fiducia.

Terminato il periodo di affiancamento e formazione, ti occuperai di sviluppare, gestire e concludere direttamente le trattative commerciali con i clienti, al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali assegnati.

Requirements

Requisiti:

  • Esperienza pregressa in ruoli commerciali o di assistenza vendite, preferibilmente nel settore alimentare;
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali, con forte orientamento al cliente;
  • Flessibilità e adattabilità in un ambiente di lavoro dinamico;

Benefits

Luogo di lavoro: Firenze - Via Salvador Allende 19/G1

Orario di lavoro: 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al sabato su orario notturno, così articolato: da lunedì a venerdì 02:00 – 09:00, sabato 02:00 – 07:00

Range RAL: 25.000 - 35.000 euro
