Per una solida realtà industriale situata in provincia di Como , parte di un prestigioso Gruppo leader nel settore dei Fasteners (bulloneria e sistemi di fissaggio), Ali Professional ricerca di una figura chiave che affianchi la Direzione Commerciale e il CEO nella gestione del mercato estero.

Perché questa non è la "solita" posizione di assistente In questa realtà, l'Assistant non è una figura di puro back-office. Cerchiamo una persona con grinta commerciale e comprensione tecnica del prodotto, capace di essere il braccio destro del CEO e il punto di riferimento per i clienti esteri. È il ruolo ideale per chi è stanca della routine e cerca un lavoro dinamico a stretto contatto con il business.

Le tue sfide quotidiane

  • Gestione Clienti Internazionali: gestirai l'intero ciclo dell'ordine, garantendo un servizio eccellente e tecnico ai partner esteri.
  • Business Development: supporterai il CEO nello sviluppo del portafoglio e nel mantenimento delle relazioni strategiche, fungendo da vero e proprio backup commerciale.
  • Fiere di Settore: parteciperai attivamente agli eventi internazionali, rappresentando l'azienda nel mondo.
  • Executive Support: gestione agenda e supporto organizzativo alla Direzione, mantenendo un focus costante sul lato commerciale.

Chi stiamo cercando Siamo alla ricerca di una persona che unisca l'organizzazione di un'assistente di direzione alla determinazione di un commerciale che non teme il confronto tecnico.

Requisiti Indispensabili

  • Background Tecnico: esperienza pregressa nel settore metalmeccanico (preferibilmente bulloneria, viteria o fissaggi). È fondamentale saper parlare con competenza dei prodotti industriali.
  • Poliglotta: ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese e della lingua Tedesca (entrambe mandatorie).
  • Mindset Dinamico: desiderio di uscire dalla routine del back-office e disponibilità a brevi trasferte.
  • Propensione Commerciale: capacità di gestire il cliente in autonomia e interesse per lo sviluppo del portafoglio.

  • Orario di lavoro: 08:30 – 12:30 / 13:30 – 17:30.
