Il tuo ruolo e le sfide operative

Come punto di riferimento operativo di cantiere, ti occuperai della pianificazione, del controllo e della corretta esecuzione dei lavori per la realizzazione di impianti speciali e tecnologici.

Nello specifico le tue responsabilità saranno:

  • Coordinamento di Cantiere: supervisione delle lavorazioni su impianti elettrici, speciali (antintrusione, TVCC, controllo varchi, antincendio) e reti dati.
  • Gestione delle Squadre: pianificazione delle attività giornaliere del personale interno e delle ditte subappaltatrici, garantendo produttività e tempi di consegna.
  • Interfaccia Operativa: gestione delle relazioni sul campo con direzione lavori, clienti, fornitori ed enti esterni per la rapida risoluzione delle problematiche di cantiere.
  • Sicurezza & Materiali: organizzazione della logistica di cantiere (mezzi, DPI e materiali) e verifica del rispetto dei protocolli di sicurezza sul lavoro.
  • Contabilità di Commessa: monitoraggio economico dei lavori, registrazione delle contabilità operative e redazione della reportistica di avanzamento.

Requirements

  • Esperienza: almeno 2 anni di maturata esperienza nel ruolo di assistente di cantiere, geometra o supervisore lavori in ambito impiantistico.
  • Titolo di Studio: Diploma ad indirizzo tecnico (Perito Elettrotecnico, Elettronico, Meccanico o Geometra).
  • Competenze Tecniche: solida conoscenza di impianti elettrici/speciali, dinamiche di cantiere e monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento lavori (SAL).
  • Attitudine e Mobilità: doti di leadership, spiccata capacità di problem solving e disponibilità a trasferte sui cantieri territoriali.

Costituiscono un titolo preferenziale:

  • Provenienza da cantieri in ambiti complessi (infrastrutture aeroportuali, autostradali o grande terziario).
  • Possesso di qualifiche PES/PAV/PEI e attestato di formazione come Preposto per la sicurezza.
