About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, execution-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting things done quickly and accurately.

In this role you will support the Client Development and Client Relationship team in delivering a high-quality experience to Ivy Exec’s clients, while managing multiple bid requests, coordinating inputs, preparing proposals, supporting client requests, coordinate project-related activities, and ensuring that client needs are addressed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bid & Proposal Execution: Support Client Development & Client Relationship Team with preparing and sending accurate, polished, and timely client bids and proposals.
  • Fast Turnaround: Manage incoming bid requests with a strong sense of urgency, ensuring opportunities are actioned and proposals are delivered within required timelines. Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and follow-up for client meetings and project launches.
  • Client Request Support: Assist with responding to client requests, gathering information, and ensuring follow-ups are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Partnerships, and other internal teams to gather project requirements, feasibility information, pricing, timelines, and other inputs needed for proposals.
  • Proposal & Data Accuracy: Ensure bids, proposals, pricing, project details, and client information are complete, accurate, and aligned with the requested scope.
  • Opportunity Management: Help Client Development Team keep opportunities moving by tracking outstanding requests, following up on open items, and proactively flagging delays or missing information.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and opportunity information in Salesforce and other internal systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Delivery, Sales, and Operations teams to support project execution.
  • Learning & Development: Observe client calls and meetings to develop relationship management skills. Participate in training sessions and professional development initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 0–2 years of professional experience in client services, sales support, operations, account management, market research, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong interest in client relationship management, market research, and business development
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong execution and time-management skills, with the ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
  • Proactive and responsive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
  • Confident and professional client-facing approach, with a willingness to develop relationship management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong general computer skills
